TaBoSo (Taxi Booking Software) is an iOS application designed for small taxi operators/ individual taxi drivers to help keeping track of customers and bookings. Incredibly time saving and efficient, it provides your business and your customers with a higher control over time and work.
Main functions of the app:
Organise and track bookings:
- creates unique booking numbers
- shows you on a map the pick-ups and destinations of a journey
- allows for quick iOS maps navigation to addresses
- colour coded background to quickly know the status of a booking
- keeps track of booking status, so you will know if you reminded the customer of that booking he made a month ago
- quick and easy access to booking notes, calling or texting a customer
- modify bookings when details or requirements have changed
- set your price calculation formula and get automated price quoted while saving a new booking
- know the estimated distance and time of a booking before saving it
Improve your customer experience:
- recognise regular customers from name/phone number
- quickly remind customers of an upcoming booking or inform them of your arrival at the press of a button, with a preloaded message
- quickly call customers with the press of a button
Business organise:
- get your bookings history and future in a monthly format
- all the information is backup on your iCloud. If you lose your phone, change it or just need to use a different device, your data will still be accessible.
The app provides 2 weeks free trial and requires a subscription afterwards to continue saving and editing bookings. However, it will still allow full access to saved bookings, so you can try it confidently and you will not lose anything. If the app is installed on a new device (or reinstalled) and iCloud will find saved bookings, your trial will be automatically canceled (to avoid fraud and abuse).
The subscriptions available are auto-renewable monthly and yearly. If subscribing during the trial period, you will forfeit the remaining of your trial and be switched onto monthly subscription automatically, so we would suggest subscribing near the end of the free trial period. Payments will be taken from your iTunes Account up to 24 hours before expiry of current period.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your iTunes account, but no refunds will be given for the remaining period. However, you will continue to have access to the benefits until the expiry of your last paid subscription.
